Sale Out & Inventory Analyst

• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Experience of working in a Channel Business Model would be desirable
• Experience of working in a fast-moving, changing environment would also be desirable
• Ability to assimilate large volumes of data and to analyse this data in order to provide recommendations to the business on relevant metrics

Purpose of the role:

To manage the daily indirect invoices and stock holding reports of Xerox distributors to their 2nd tier resellers.
Operationally responsible for the maintenance of the sale Out and inventory data feeds from across pan European distributors, which fed through to support Xerox processes and reporting. To ensure data cleansing is done in a timely manner as the data feeds into downstream processes i.e. Claim To Pay, accrual generation, contra revenue rebates, Sale/inventory forecasting tool, financial & managerial reports.

Main Responsibilities:

• Loading the daily Sale Out & Inventory files managing exceptions and ensuring all data feeds (EDI, CSV, XLS, TXT) are in the correct format/structure.
• To ensure all queries relating to SOIR are dealt with promptly and accurately and within the bounds of the approved SOIR processes
• Responsible for the unmatched reseller process and correction of said data
• Maintaining documentation of the SOIR for monitoring purposes
• Ensure adherence to processes and policies for all SOIR related processes; escalating issues to CTP Manager in timely manner
• Promptly responding to process issues or queries from Internal and External Customers and driving all situations to prompt and timely resolution
• Assisting with Support issues and engaging in P2 tickets where appropriate
