Former Xerox Customer Care Services, as well as other former Xerox Services companies, will continue its activities as Conduent, Inc. • Bachelor’s degree of equivalent preferred
• 3-5 years experience in marketing coordination-related position
• Must be extremely responsive
• Must be a proficient writer (writing that reflects a professional business tone and is free of grammatical and spelling errors)
• Ability to write in different tones (e.g. professional, marketing material, PR, etc.)
• Be willing to work overtime as necessary to achieve goals and deadlines
• Must be comfortable with flexibility – this person will assume a number of different – often unrelated – tasks
• Must be able to work remotely with minimal supervision
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):
Writing
• Assist the VP of Marketing & Communications with writing marketing material and communications, such as brochures, white papers, e-mails, invitations, text for websites, surveys, etc.
Project management
• Help manage certain aspects of various events and conferences, from planning to execution to post event evaluation
• Coordination of communication and materials pertaining to conferences, events and various projects
Website
• Become an expert at updating the website
•Update the HCMS portion of the website (and any microsites) with relevant data
• Manage and ensure the accuracy of the content on the website
• Continually update the home page and dealer section with fresh information
Research
• Gather channel feedback from the HCMS sales team and generate ideas for sales collateral development
• Proactively identify sponsorship opportunities and make recommendations for participation in conferences
• Perform market research on an ad hoc basis
Administrative
• Perform simple administrative duties, such as booking flights, hotel arrangements, and rental cars for the VP of Marketing & Communications
• Print and fax documents and mail other material as required
Misc.
• Negotiate media buys
• Travel on a minimal, as-needed basis to fulfill general marketing and administrative duties
• Attend required meetings and calls
• Continually seek for ways to improve business and delight the customer
• Other duties as assigned
