Proposal Writer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience writing proposals
• Experience with human resources administration, benefits administration, and/or relocation and assignment services preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines

Special Requirements:

• Experience in Benefits Outsourcing industry strongly preferred

Job role:

Responsible for working with other proposal team members, business development managers and sales executives in the drafting and completing of proposal responses.

• Establish and maintain draft copies through completion, serving in either lead writer role or support writer role on various assignments.
• Coordinate the proposal schedule and project timelines throughout the proposal process.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the proposal team’s content management library.
• All other duties as assigned.
