    Requirements

    • Minimum higher education in Information Management
    • Certificate/Diploma of complementary studies (2 years), preferably in archives or document management studies would be an advantage
    • Minimum 1 year relevant archiving or document management experience in a corporate or banking information service
    • Experience of using document management systems for records identification, registration, filing, storage, retention, preservation and conservation in both paper and electronic format
    • Good knowledge of archiving and document management standards practices and procedures
    • Knowledge of standard EIB software tools (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe)
    • Experience of document management systems e.g. Opentext Content Server, and/or Microsoft Sharepoint would be an advantage
    • Capacity and willingness to work in team environment
    • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, integrity and commitment

    • Ability to organise and prioritize workload
    • Ability to work reliably and accurately

    Nice to have:
    • Experience of developing and implementing archiving and document management policies, practices and procedures
    • Capacity to analyse problems and ability to propose solutions

    • Indexation, classification, distribution, filing of documents, books, magazines...
    • Languages : English (required), French (if possible)
    • Work in Luxemburg, at client site, full time
