    Requirements

    Basic Qualifications
    • 2-4 years experience in program management, with emphasis on criticality of detail.
    • Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or Finance or 8 years of experience
    • Six Sigma training
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and foster relationships between various internal customers.
    • Experience working on projects that have global impact and dealing with multi-cultural aspects.
    • Strong numerical aptitude
    • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into specific action plans.
    • Experience with SAP (OM functionalities - BI and BRP)
    • Excellent proficiency with Excel
    • Must be able to meet strict deadlines
    • Strong understanding of the Sales organization and key processes.
    • Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal customers.
    • Six Sigma Plus experience; Green Belt certification a strong plus.

    Responsibilities

    HBS currently has an exciting opportunity for a Europe’s Incentive Admin Specialist to assume responsibility for administering the current year’s Sales incentive program. As a member of the HBS incentive team, participation in the streamlining and automation of the way in which we collect, analyze and act on the data is expected. This position will report into the Europe’s CRM & Incentive Leader. A close working relationship with ACS Comp & Benefits in program enhancements and dispute resolution is expected.

    Responsibilities
    • Incentive calculation –Calculate monthly/quarterly commissions and incentives, create commission and incentive statements, submit payments to payroll and answer questions from the Sales organization as they arise. Administer special bonus programs as required. Follow up and escalate to meet strict deadlines. Work with Finance by providing accrual information and responding to inquiries as they arise.
    • Ongoing Reporting – Manage the delivery of scheduled reports and analytics: monthly booking data reports, quarterly sales performance reports, and other ad hoc reports as requested.
    • Quota Management – Communication and training of quota practices and processes. Development of quota allocation, repository, change management. Management reporting including roll-up, quota amounts, performance analysis, changes, exceptions, issues. Provide SAP and Salesforce.com data to support Districts build quotas and ensure data quality.
    • Incentive Plan Design - Participate in design meetings, provide required performance data and model new incentive plans as directed.
    • Incentive Plan communication –Working with ACS Comp & Ben., assist with the preparation of documentation and communication materials as required.
    • Recommend and pursue process improvements of the sales incentive administration
    • Become an SAP and Salesforce.com champion
