    Requirements

    � First level university degree or equivalent experience.
    � Typically 1-2 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management).
    � Advanced communication skills with ability to convey medium impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to internal and external peers and management.
    � Advanced English and Italian/French/Spanish/German language.
    � Developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
    � Broad knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations.
    � Developing knowledge of local legal compliance issues.
    � Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
    � Ability to structure and apply developed organizational skills to manage daily operational issues.

    Responsibilities

    Acts as a first point of contact for regular, ongoing customer accounts on daily operational matters
    � Manage sales admin tasks on behalf of Sales Representatives
    � Manage sales compensation activities on behalf of the sales force to minimize wherever possible the admin touch required by Sales People in ensuring that they are fully compensated based on their sales quota.
    � Analyze sales data and compiles information for reports (e.g., pipeline forecasting, sales compensation, shipment and margin, deal consumption); identifies trends and makes observations.
    � Account planning preparation & follow up.
    � Actively participate in the sales review calls.
    � Ensure alignment to Business Unit/country process specifics and turnaround time.
    � Handles moderately revenue monitoring activities
    � Keeps track of the order flow (ad-hoc requests- order reports).
    � Enables communication within the account team.
    � Collaborates with other functions and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics, sales compensation, account creation) as they relate to customer support.
    � Communicates with both internal and external customers at the individual contributor level.
