R&D Engineer with French&English

Requirements:

• Technical University graduate
• Minimum 3 years experience in R&D design/engineering in mechanical products, preferred serial production
• Proven knowledge of 2D and 3D design in Solid Works
• Very good skills in English and French
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as: stamping, welding, plating, die-casting, plastic injection, MIM, plating, assembling, packaging
• LEAN Product Development experience is an advantage as well as multi site project experience
• Open minded, well organized, take own initiatives, ask questions when not understanding
• Quality understanding and proven knowledge in quality thinking
• Willing to travel, maximum 30% of the total time
• Good communication skills
• A plus to understand functionality of electronic products (sensors and access control functionality)

Responsibilities:

• Working in new development projects from research, specification to production
• Tolerance analysis, CFMEA, DFMEA, Product cost analysis
• Theoretical expertise
