    Requirements

    Job Requirements:

    · A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
    · At least 3 years’ experience working with SharePoint
    · Working experience with any CRM is considered a plus
    · Experience with concepts and tools such as Office 365, Power Query, workflows, reporting
    · Knowledge of HR, Contracting, Client Support processes is considered a plus
    · Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    · Strong knowledge of Excel
    · Communication skills in an international environment, English working language

    Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Identifying, assessing and documenting business requirements, recommending business priorities and advising business on options, risks and costs
    · Leading brainstorming sessions, rapid prototyping and system demonstrations for users and stakeholders
    · Mapping user requirements to SharePoint and Dynamics CRM functionality
    · Proactive management of SharePoint Online and Dynamics CRM Online environments
    · Communicate to internal Business Owners, schedule, monitor and implement the solution independently or in collaboration with other team members
    · Support in quarterly management reports
    · Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies
