Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Good time management
Excellent communication skills
Willingness, support oriented behavior and communication
Ability to identify problems and resolve as appropriate
Interpersonal skills required to liaise effectively with sales staff and team members
Ability to thrive under pressure; ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a high-performance environment

Responsibilities
Gathers information appropriately to develop an accurate understanding of customer technology infrastructure in the Industry Standard Servers Area
Contributes to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s requirements
Adapts solution design to new requirement
Maintains good communications with customers.
Advances opportunities effectively
Actively supports the account team with product advice, proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications
Engages appropriate additional technical resources as needed

Scope and Impact
Contributions have some impact in assigned territory – Romania and partially Bulgaria
Contributes to the presales direction for the Country or some areas of a BU
