What You Need for this Position

Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years experience, excellent team player and team builder, ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment;
Experience in a Java/SOA environment is highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
Must have exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential
Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
Banking industry experience strongly preferred
