In Romania we have 3 offices located in Bucharest and Timisoara, where we have over 200 employees.

• Fluent English speaker - an effective written and oral communicator.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in computer science/Telecommunication or other related technical field.
• At least two year working experience on telecom VAS system.
• Good understanding on technical support operation model and processes.
• Has good understanding of ITIL.
• Good knowledge of Unix/Oracle database and Windows OS.
• Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Jboss, Websphere , IIS ...
• Experience with administration clusters and storage
• Work in Bucharest, willing to travel abroad.

• Provide SMSC/MMSC and other VAS products technical operation support to our valuable customer, including incident & problem handling, routine check, testing, service request handling, updates & patches implementation and other maintenance tasks.
• Support offshore transition projects, and be involved in the knowledge transfer & sharing.
