    Requirements

    The Required Skills, Knowledge
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision, take initiative and meet critical deadlines;
    • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
    • As this is a global role, strong command of English is required.

    Responsibilities

    As a member of the Global HR Effectiveness team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

     Being responsible for the day to day maintenance and support of Talent, Learning and Performance Management system;
     Providing in depth reviews, data analysis and suggested improvements as needed;
     Work with vendor to ensure smooth system release and risk mitigations.
     Effective management of escalations tickets and resolution provided by vendor within the agreed timelines;
     Configure Compensation, Talent business processes into the system.
     Configure user and data security for the system.
     Answer end-user questions in help desk email account.
     Create ad hoc reports to meet user specifications.
     Lead or assist with running open enrollment, performance reviews, and compensation (merit) planning on an annual basis.
     Conduct routine data audits to maintain data integrity and correct issues.
     Maintain and troubleshoot integrations
     Participate in HRIS-related projects and develop business processes and procedures.
