Desired Experience and Skills:
- Good Arabic skills both spoken and written.
- English is a plus.
- Computer literate.
- Experience in consulting/call center/support is desirable.
- Ability to build rapport and trust, in an excellent telephone and email manner, with a friendly and informative approach.
- Highly customer-focused.
- Comfortable working independently, but also with a strong team-spirit.

Responsibilities:
- You will be interacting with our clients (worldwide) who are contacting us via incoming phone/ email/ web requests related to the products and services we are promoting.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and developing successful business cooperation with our clients in order to build and maintain their interest and satisfaction in the company’s products.
- Providing follow up with customers to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
