    Requirements:

    - Availability to work for a determined period of time on this role – 6 months;

    - Knowledge of sales support processes (quotations, configurations, specifications products);

    - Good knowledge of English and German;

    - High level of accuracy, attention to detail.

    - Planning / organization skills;

    - Pronounced analytical skills;

    - Ability to work under pressure

    Responsabilitati

    - Provide proactive updates of the catalogs based on reports, contracts, requirements received from sales and customers;

    - Training customers on their catalogs;

    - Proactive communication of the problems occurring on customer catalogs;

    - Manage external users access to the customers catalog;

    - Creating price offers in a timely manner in accordance with agreed service levels;

    - Assures documentation, reporting and optimizations of the operational processes.
