    Requirements

    - Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll;
    - Very good knowledge of labor and payroll legislation;
    - Experience in working with Charisma HCM (preferably);
    - Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel);
    - Proficiency in English is a must;
    - Previous experience in HR analysis or reporting is a plus;
    - Ability to handle, in a responsibly matter, sensitive and confidential information;
    - Strong analytical and communication skills;
    - Ability to prioritize and multitask;
    - Pro-active attitude and customer oriented.

    Responsibilities

    - Reviews all necessary documents, processes underlying salary calculation and ensures that it complies with the legislation in force;
    - Verifies the entry data and final calculation of salaries (making all necessary checks into the payroll application in order to ensure accuracy of the calculation, as required by law and in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures);
    - Ensures the completeness and accuracy of the payroll documents;
    - Generates reports of salaries, deductions, taxes and contributions;
    - Performs additional reports related to salary calculation and costs;
    - Maintains relationships with public authorities regarding payroll issues;
    - Continuous monitoring and informing the Management, HR team and all the employees regarding the legislative changes in his/her area of responsibility;
    - Actively involved in developing, implementing, improving and streamlining workflows and software programs used by HR;
    - Provides support in the development, implementation, upgrade and management of policies and procedures within his/her aria of activity.
