Required Skills:
• Experience working previously in Hybris platform administration role
• Minimum of 2 years experience of content development and/or web designer
• Ability to create graphic design layouts and rendering as HTML templates.
• Experience working with web templates and guidelines
• Basic skills in Database management (Ms SQL)
• Fluent English
• Ability to work with different cross functional teams
• Strong ability to work independently
• User interface design, information architecture and creative aspect design
• Web site content management systems
• Web site measurement tools and utilities such as Web Trends, Web QA, Google Analytics
• Knowledge of an ERP application (SAP is an asset)

Additional Qualifications
• Experience designing with JavaScript, HTML, HTML5 & CSS a plus but not required
• Knowledge of website management
• Experience with Windows administration and shell scripting

For our office in Bucharest, we are hiring a Hybris eCommerce Administrator:

Position Responsibilities:
• Configuration, tuning and maintenance of e-commerce sites using the Hybris Multi Channel E-commerce platform
• Responsible for updating product information and all content on the website coming from Business (including images, copy and promotions), ensuring that all information is accurate.
• Implement updates and upgrade in a timely manner to limit loss of service time
• Create banners, images and promotions for display while respecting Business requirement and Honeywell guidelines on the website
• Produce reports to analyze website performance, including Sales and Marketing reports (Best products, best customers, best view, best search etc.)
• Perform user testing or use analysis to determine the websites’ effectiveness and usability
• Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
• Ensure assigned websites and content adhere to all pertinent policies and procedures
• Create new website pages, graphics, and web parts using provided guidelines and templates
• Support Hosting Supplier & integrator with database and configuration maintenance
• Link with Hybris editor, integrator and hosting technical support
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders and contractors to develop new content and manage existing content for web systems.(SAP team, marketing team etc.)
