• University degree;
• Experience in training field - at least one year;
• Experience in the HR field (with focus on recruitment projects) - at least three years;
• Knowledge of Romanian Labor Law;
• Detail-oriented person;
• Flexible, pro-active, result oriented;
• Focus on internal client’s needs;
• Very good verbal and written communication skills;
• Good analytical skills;
• PC literate;
• Very good English.

• Designing and delivering training and development programs;
• Centralizing training needs following the personnel evaluation process;
• Researching for suppliers and monitoring the external training programs;
• Developing effective induction programs;
• Carrying out recruitment projects;
• Organizing various activities such as happy hours, team buildings, workshops;
• Working with the internal HR tools, updating the internal HR database;
• HR reporting;
