Over 3 years’ experience in mass recruiting;
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to talk on the phone and “face to face” with ease and confidence;
High level of energy, strong selling abilities, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment;
Proactive approach and ability to tackle unstructured or unfamiliar problems;
Flexibility in responding to unanticipated situations;
Poise and superior professionalism;
Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.

Recruiting

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates;
• Develop and execute an engagement and contact strategy for recruiting passive candidates;
• Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator to implement creative recruiting resources to attract skilled promoters, hostess, brand ambassadors and merchandisers;
• Source, screen, and select candidates;
• Manage all logistics surrounding the interviewing process;
• Lead candidate evaluation discussions post interviews;

Hiring
Manage promoters, hostess, brand ambassadors and merchandisers contract documents and access documents in partner stores.

Training / Induction
Lead the induction in the company of new promoters, hostess, brand ambassadors and merchandisers.
