•It is required to be creative and to have initiative. This person should be medium/highly able to hand craft. The company wants someone that have facilities for sport and corporal expression. Also someone that’s well organized. Those skills are for developing activities for spare time, sports and leisure within other counsellors. The counselor should be a “showman” if needed.

• The company want someone able to run a sport team during its whole shift. Also to manage activities and workshops together with other counselors and teachers.

• The counselor should consider any kind of trouble that could come up to kids. It also should be the mediator between them in case they argue.

•Accomplish the rules established and make others accomplish them in order to make the summer camp an easy-going one, without any kind of operation or organisation problem.

•The counselor should arrive 2 days before his/her shift, in order to attend meetings and organize activities.

•The day the shift starts the counselor should explain the kids and their parents how everything is going to work and try to solve personal demands.


•Take guard rotations to be able to keep an eye on kids during swimming pool or beach hours, excursions, playground times and night time.

• Fulfilment of personal kid evaluation papers at the end of every shift.

•Attend to the closing ceremony in order to finish all the needed tasks in order to provide a good ending of the shift.

•The counselor JD’s full-time due to the all-day summer camp students stay. They are able to enjoy a day off per week. It will be arranged with the managing director depending on the shift organization.

•Provide a customized service to kid parents (face-to-face the starting day and via mobile phone during the stay). It is also important to notify them security and confidence about their children education.

•Promote English speaking conversations with kids, other counselors and teachers. Which means you should be speaking English most of the time.
•Be with the kid during their eating hours in order to control their alimentation, encourage trust with his counselor.
•Encourage kids to be active at the sport and leisure activities programme.
