    Qualifications:
    -Experience of working within Purchasing environment
    -Knowledge of negotiation & yielding
    -Knowledge of channel managers and connectivity/xml
    -Good verbal skills and excellent written skills in English
    -Highly organized and be able to work under deadlines
    -Self-starter (proactive, uses initiative)
    -Coaching and training skills
    -High Excel skills
    -Ability to build effective working relationships with internal departments

    Responsabilitati

    -To allocate duties generated by the Contracts Managers to the DC Support Team having assessed the existing workloads of the respective team members to maximise effectiveness of the DC Support Team
    -To communicate to team members the assignment, project and task to be solved including deadlines and control outcomes arisen for review/control/improve
    -To agree projects and workload/changes/priorities with the Purchasing Director for maximum effectiveness of the department
    -To assess the quality of each team member’s work and provide feedback to them on a regular basis including appraisals, mid-year review, one to one and ad hoc feedback meetings
    -To define strategy/plan of DC Support team controlling cost and maximising resources
    -To implement process and procedures, ideas and changes for improvement of department performance, both technical and manual process ideas.
    -To identify additional resource requirements and prepare the business case for this
