- Create Service Reports
- Reviewing performance against SLS
- Reviewing technical operations such as performance, capacity, and configuration
- Review Customer Documentation
- Supervise / Work with operational delivery teams to: ensure smooth implementations of changes; ensure low failure rate during Implementation of Change; reduce risk of incidents caused by Changes; reduce testing time and cycle; reduce requested downtimes; ensure better scheduling and usage of internal resources
- Review and follow up RCA/CA process
- Supervise and advice customer driven Change Management

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- University background in Computer Science
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows or other relevant OS-system
- Knowledge of Oracle Database & PL/SQL, EBSO Application, Networking and communication technologies
- Knowledge of OBIEE, Hyperion is a plus
- ITIL Knowledge is a plus

PERSONAL SKILLS:

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Another European language, ie French, German, Italian, Spanish desirable.
- Strong customer focus and result orientation
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Preference for working in an international cooperative team environment
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to establish a high level of credibility in the field
- Take personal ownership of the delivery of agreed objectives

Working schedule: 6 hours/day, flexible time
