    Requirements

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Knowledge of distribution channels business and general procedures
    • 2-4 years previous experience, ideally in a client-oriented business environment

    • Fluent in English and French/Russian/German/Italian Skills
    • Preferably fluent in an additional foreign language of interest for the EMEA region
    • Very good command of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to create and analyze business reports (analytical skills)
    • Excellent communication, networking and teamwork abilities
    • Excellent training and communications skills
    • Fast problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prevent and manage conflicts
    • Ability to meet agreed deadlines

    Responsibilities

    The Supplies Distribution Support is engaged in a pan-european, multicultural and multi-lingual distribution channel business environment. He/she will be responsible with the daily support to Distribution Business Manager (DBM) and their respective Customers.


    Acquiring job-specific knowledge is measured through evaluation tests (a minimum rating of 70% is required). Evaluation tests will occur both during probation and outside this period.


    Main responsibilities include (without being limited to):
    Providing support to:
    • Distributor Business Managers in EMEA
    • Authorized Supplies PPS Distributors in EMEA


    Training support for the sales teams, Supplies Distributors or internal organizations from the EMEA region. This includes, without being limited to, creating materials and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences.


    Offering support regarding the program and activity infrastructure deployed in the EMEA region for Supplies Distributors and their Distribution Business Managers.
    • Sales Operation specific programs
    • Sales Operation specific processes
    • Platforms, reports and applications used to manage Sales Operation activity
    • Any other programs or activities related to maintaining a good business relationship in Sales Operation in EMEA


    Support for creating and improving internal processes and training for the human resources of the department, such as, without being limited to:
    • Siebel/Partner profile
    • Country Pricelist upload / Partner Pricelist guidance for Supplies Distributors
    • Contract related training
    • Forecast/SOB guidance for Supplies Distributors
    • Partner setup support for Supplies Distributors
    • Any other processes, procedures or relevant tasks needed for a good Sales Operation business relationship for the EMEA region


    Providing product information and content availability for Supplies Distributors/ Distribution Business Managers (Smart Portal management)
    • Features, description, application
    • Pricing and Expiration
    • Compatibility and logistical data
    • Availability
    • Any other issues related to distribution activities in the EMEA region
    Providing communications, ad-hoc or pre-defined, to Channel or internal teams.


    Content management per platform, such as:
    • Smart Portal, the PPS section of the catalogue
    • Price lists per Distributor/Country
    • Other platforms
