    Requirements

    - 1/2 years of experience in IT recruitment projects
    - Enthusiastic and fast learner with passion for IT recruitment
    - Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning about technology and finance
    - Strong track record of working independently in an organized and methodical way
    - Good professional network knowledge of the labor market environment and dynamics
    - Proven ability as a self-motivated (proactive), detail oriented, results-driven team player
    - Very good abilities to communicate verbally and written (Romanian and English)
    - Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Jira
    - Bachelor degree in sociology, psychology or a related field

    Responsibilities

    - Perform searches for qualified candidates according to available career opportunities
    - Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates that best match the desired profiles
    - Contact possible candidates to inform them of career opportunities
    - Coordinate scheduling of technical interviews
    - Advise management on organizing, preparing, and implementing recruiting and retention programs
    - Maintain and develop professional relationships by attending social groups and conferences
    - Ensuring a good image of the company through transparency, confidentiality and reality of the given information.
