• 2-3 years of experience in technical consulting different CRM systems ( SAP etc.)
• Data processing experience
• Experience in the implementation of projects
• Completed education (studies or equivalent)
• MS Office
• Technical Orientated
• Detail Focused
• Payroll Knowledge is an advantage
• Data Migration (PDF, TXT, CSV)
• Knowledge about Cobol, C++, Data Structure, Java, JCL is nice to have
• Customer oriented
• Independent and reliable
• Teamwork skills
• Flexible
• Language –German is a must / English is an advantage
• Pleasant, excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure

Consulting and training of customers in the introduction, expansion or modification of their PAISY- application, in particular:
• Creation of evaluations (with ADP Reporting Tools)
• Carrying out installation and maintenance tasks under PAISY C/S
• Processing of personnel management tasks (projects, subprojects) in PAISY- environment, eg Optimization of work processes
• Conduct user training (Web)
• organization and installation of PAISY processes (Windows, Linux and UNIX)
• future consultation ADP report and PAISY Advanced
Creation of interfaces according to customer's requirement
