    Responsabilitati

    • intocmirea formelor de angajare (contract individual de munca, contract de munca temporara, fisa de post etc.) si verificarea ca in dosarul personal sa existe fisa medicala eliberata de medicul de medicina muncii;
    • evidenta si pastrarea dosarelor de personal;
    • evidenta concediilor de odihna/concediilor medicale;
    • participarea la procesele de analiza si revizuire a fiselor de post;
    • completarea fiselor de PSI/SSM;
    • planificarea controlului periodic de medicina muncii;
    • intocmirea actelor aditionale si a formelor de desfacere a contractului individual de munca (decizie de desfacere a contractului de munca, nota de lichidare);
    • arhivarea dosarelor de personal pentru personalul lichidat;
    • eliberarea de adeverinte solicitate de salariati pentru medicul de familie sau alte motive;
    • intocmirea si redactarea de adeverinte, formulare si alte documente specifice departamentului;
    • organizarea si pastrarea documentelor arhivate pe client, ani etc.;
    • mentinerea legaturii cu furnizorii de servicii medicale/ centrele de testare;
    • aclualizare bazei de date cu informatiile personale ale angajatilor;
    • intocmirea rapoartelor solicitate de client/management;
    • asigurarea suportului administrativ in cadrul departamentului;
