Master Data Analyst - Russian/Turkish/Polish/Italian

The Partner Master Data Analysts are the regional content owners of channel information in company. Working mainly with Siebel PRM, Business Objects and MDCP. They are accountable for profiling partners in the partner relationship management eco-system. They are accountable and responsible of supporting all DB and partner related activities within the company separation process.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience Required

* University degree in business administration, communications or information technology

* Typically 2-4 years of experience in a business related function

* Knowledge of existing reporting packages (BI Tool, Channel dashboard)

* Being able to handle batch-work/working on data clustering and handling large volumes of information.

* Work with competing priorities and manage multiple tasks

* Work on self-directed activities with minimal supervision

* Possesses a sense of urgency with ability to stay focused on goals and objectives

* Knowledge of Oracle tools (Siebel PRM) would be a plus



Knowledge and Skills Required

* Fluent English and Russian/Turkish/Polish or Italian

* Understanding of Relational databases and data warehousing concepts.

* Proven, extensive use of information management tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, Business Objects

* Excellent communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships

- Responsible for a high quality and cost-effective service delivery and ensures compliance to SLA, budget, quality standards and internal and external customer requirements. Implements and applies EMEA-wide guidelines and cooperates with other EMEA domains to support continued maintenance and development of profiling activities.

- Accountable to ensure that the information and database content is shared securely according to standard of business conduct. The team is supporting transparency and availability of operational metrics and measures across all BU and shows leadership of end-to-end operational experience for partners and channel sales specifically escalations.

- Collaborating with other functions to ensure scheduling and execution of the defined delivery and business reviews and to ensure efficient use of resources (satisfaction and feedback from EMEA domains)

- Actively participating in requirements analysis of EMEA profiling solutions, ensuring standardization across the region.

- Providing input and advice to peers, management and customers in relation to data engineering principles, technologies, methods and best practices, within areas of expertise. Driving the profiling activity across domains

- Engaging directly with the partners within the E2E Partner Enablement process and PartnerOne Program to insure smooth transition and separation process

- Profiling Quality Metrics (Global & Regional)
