    Cerinte

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
    • University degree;
    • Excel, Word, Power Point – advanced level of experience;
    • B2C sales experience within the banking sector;
    • Personal Loan market knowledge and experience;
    • Credit Card market knowledge and experience – is a plus;
    • Experienced with in-depth analysis and reporting on deadline;
    • English – advanced level;
    • French – is a plus;
    • Communication skills, facilitator in group meetings;
    • Ability to work under pressure;
    • Presentation and negotiation skills;
    • Integrity and professional ethics;
    • Priority organization and multi-tasking capabilities;
    • Results and customer oriented.

    • Provide professional supervision for different projects ( sponsor or project manager);
    • Provide professional supervision for Products developments; ensure the implementation of the revenue objectives through the management of new products; propose the implementation of corrective actions in case of failure;
    • Animate the team;
    • Develops and operates the incentive scheme. Periodically review the effectiveness and if necessary to propose the change;
    • Organize and coordinate the team’s task;
    • Communication between internal departments of the company strategy related to Personal Loan activity: Marketing, Products, CRM, Financial, Legal and Training;
