Internship - Customer Interactions Development

We are looking for a highly motivated student at a technical university, very interested in developing his technical skills and understanding of a complex organization way of working.
- Basic knowledge of any, some or all of the following: SQL, shell scripting, Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Good knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX based OS.
- Very good English language skills

Support department manager with various day to day business and activities by tool development and task automations. Your main activities will be around the following topics:

- small daily business tasks preferably done by implementation of automated tools in any of the following technologies: Java desktop of web applications, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, shell scripting for Windows or UNIX systems.
- Tasks will be in the areas of: reporting optimization, data gathering (including various data sources, from databases, files to crawling sites), various other activities automation, prototyping of web designs and web applications, etc.
- Support in projects and quantitative analyses of internal and external data.
- Ad-hoc research on market and competitors.
