Process Analyst

Job Requirements:

- Good knowledge of IT process and flows
- Unified Modelling Language
- ARIS – very good experience
- eTOM (Business framework) process modeling
- Analytic and process analysis skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent abilities of tasks coordination and organization, time management
- ITIL - it would be a plus

You will be responsible for the uploading and maintenance of the business processes into ARIS, the central process repository, in order to drive quality, re-usability and a common experience for their customers. You will work with the Service Design team and support project delivery, by ensuring all the relevant processes for that project are made available through the central process repository to all relevant business users.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assuring and driving process quality and re-usability, by assuring, loading and maintaining our business process library. The VSS Process analyst will ensure the tool and process library structure supports and enables the business
- Driving process re-usability in line with our common operating model. Working with the Service Designer to ensure existing processes are re-used or driving changes to the baseline if necessary
- Managing interdependencies between projects to minimize the numbers of changes to the process baseline
- Managing approval through governance of process changes across all product lines
- You will cooperate with relevant departments of the company (e.g. customer and product lines of Marketing Dept., Commercial/Legal Dept., Product lines of Customer Service Dept., Support centre etc.) to elicit comprehensive requirements
- You will support both Product and Service teams to define the required Customer Experience for a given product
- You will drive internal efficiencies by latest methods and tooling for requirements/process modeling
