The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in the preparation of tender documents
- Proficiency in MS Office platforms such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent analytic skills
- Data management skills
- Very good communication skills
- Very good command of English
- Great attention to details
- A strong sense of urgency about solving problems and getting work done

- Proposes optimal price quotes for participation in customer tenders based on good knowledge of the services' cost price, market conditions and competitors' pricing levels
- Assists sales teams in sales efforts by providing services information and price quotes, as appropriate
- Provide assistance for collection of relevant information and development of sales presentations if required
- Informally inquires about the customers' satisfaction, considering KPIs, on an ongoing basis to understand their level of satisfaction with personal performance and the company's performance. Communicates relevant findings to Commercial Manager in order to seek ways to avoid future complaints
- Inserts specific details on clients’ transport platforms
- Provide commercial reports as requested
