Recruitment and employer branding professional

Responsibilities

As Recruiter & Employer Branding Professional you are responsible for overseeing the recruitment for whole the business (e.g. marketing, sales, finance, supply chain profiles), handle requisitions from staff to management positions, implement existing talent acquisition platforms and manage digital recruitment tools.

In addition, supervise internship and management trainee programs, manage campus partnerships and employer branding efforts.

Responsible for employees integration.

Reports directly to the HR Director and regularly liaised with the Country Management Committee and the International Recruitment Team. 

Profile

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter (2-5 years of experience) with previous experience in recruiting for sales and marketing.
You’re familiar with a variety of sourcing techniques including social media, networking, employee referrals and direct sourcing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal/written communication skills both in Romanian and English
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic workplace
