Essential competencies:
• Strong QA Expertise
• Extensive experience of testing large scale, complex integration programmes
• Proven experience of defining and implementing Test Plans, Test Cases
• Work experience in a financial industry and testing quantitative or analytics based systems
• Working knowledge of SQL (Sybase), enterprise messaging (EMS, MQ, MSMQ etc) and distributed architecture
• Experience with server side testing
• Familiarity with .NET platform and tools
• Excellent Excel understanding
• Experience in test automation tools (QTP, Selenium)
• Excellent communication skills
Highly desirable:
• QA experience testing (manual & automation) risk systems
• Working in an "Agile" style environment
• Certification: ISEB/ISTQB/Prince2/ ITIL

• Perform functional and regression testing of a back-end distributed application
• Identify and report defects, drive them till resolution
• Design and execute test cases, test plans
• Develop test strategy document
• Write functional specifications based on high-level requirements
• Clarify requirements with team and prepare corresponding documentation
• Communicate with English speaking colleagues and customer
