Having minimum 10 years’ experience in an international industrial environment;
Having university education, engineering and management;
Being preferably trained in Lean;
Having a very good level of English and PC skills;
Having experience in operational excellence and lean management;
Having experience with production and manufacturing processes;
Having excellent leadership skills;
Having the ability to effectively work in a diverse team environment and to act with integrity;
Being well organized in work planning and schedule;
Being able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment; 
Having the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision, possesses a high level of initiative and be committed to continuous improvement. Must be detailed oriented;
Having the ability to work with standards and procedures;
Having the ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product;
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
Being responsible for the daily production scheduling and execution;
Monitoring daily internal logistic flow;
Ensuring production to be efficient and cost effective;
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
Managing production budget and production cost;
Analyzing production and quality control to detect and correct issues;
Making sure employees are trained in order to comply with company guidelines, working procedures and work instructions;
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Setting their interaction processes with other processes in the organization analyzes with customers and suppliers and internal quality representatives;
Hiring only people who, in terms of psycho skills adequate for the work that is going to execute;
Establishing special responsibilities for monitoring process parameters where no (Welding, Heat Treatment, Paints) in accordance with the procedures in force;
Being responsible for efficient use of human, material, machinery, energy and fuel;
Being responsible for the quality of components and products produced in society.
