Knowledge & Skills Required:
• Expert knowledge of and extensive experience working with channel online business models
• Experience managing external agencies.
• Strong project and budget management skills
• Excellent English Oral/Written communication
• Strong analytical skills, ability to spot trends and act on them
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with and in virtual teams
• Basic understanding of web development (enough knowledge to recommend a direction should a problem arise i.e. Site size constraints, CSS conflicts, difference between UI & backend data connections)

Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelors in Business or Marketing
• 8 years project management experience (PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred)
• Project Management, channel and/or partner marketing experience an asset

This position will join the Marketing Application Services and Support team and will work closely with the WW Marketing Product Syndication team.

The successful candidate will coordinate the evolution of a portfolio of digital extensions at the direction of Regional and Global Marketing team to help achieve business goals. To excel in this position candidate must be self-driven and accustomed to digging into the details and driving solutions forward. Candidate should be known for seeing the big picture and enjoying the challenge of solving complex problems on a global scale. Desired profile is a strong project manager and having an understanding of how HP partners sell products online would be an asset. Candidate have a strong command of the English language.

You will:
a) Continually evolve and improve on the digital assets that make up your portfolio;
b) Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements as they pertain to your projects with our agencies of record.
c) Manage Pay for Play or SLA dollars as they pertain to your particular portfolio
d) Drive closure on all content gaps related to your digital asset portfolio and champion process improvement where applicable;
e) Ensure HP has the technical functionality and capabilities required to meet business marketing objectives as it relates to the extensions in your portfolio;
f) Work with Partner Enablement team to draft internal communication materials to help regions and Countries drive partner adoption (i.e. digital sales toolkits).
