    Requirements

    - Accounting/Financial educational background;
    - 1-2 years experience in the financial field;
    - advanced written and spoken communication skills in English;
    - excellent customer orientation;
    - MS Office Suit knowledge (mainly Excel and Word;
    - ability to work with numbers;
    - well organized, fast learner, proactive, flexible;
    - team player;
    - leadership skills, be independent in solving complex matters
    - exposure to SAP will be considered a strong plus.

    Responsibilities

    - Raising pre-bills in Changepoint (internal tool) for internal revenue adjustments (proportional performance)
    - Set up new engagements/projects in Changepoint
    - Set up of cost transfer projects and GWF projects (once approved); transfer of time from main project to GWF project
    - Monthly review of expenses for billing. Seek approval from Project Managers (PMs)for billable expenses and review of all expenses, summarizing for Finance to invoice each month
    - Manage ad hoc requests from PMs for transfer of time between tasks/projects, addition of non-billable tasks, de-submitting time etc.
    - Tracking subcontractor involvement in projects and working with Finance on cost accrual
    - Ensure transfer of HP required records from system of record into other internal tool
    - Financial reports analysis;
    - Forecasting, reporting — data preparation;
    - Participation in teleconferences regarding project status meetings;
    - Check and validate labor entries that have been posted to the project;
    - Maintain project documentation in accordance to HP policies.
