    Requirements

    Education and Experience Required:
    - First level university degree with a focus in business or economics

    Knowledge and Skills Required:
    - Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
    - Intermediate knowledge of internal processes and policies.
    - Developed understanding of local legal compliance issues.
    - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Responsibilities

    - Operations Administrator acts as a Coordinator between Sales, Training Coordinators for Education business in EMEA providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation
    - Checks and validates the order acceptance criteria and books orders in MT (web based tool). Follow the Training delivery for the Education business and revenue recognition
    - Tracking and managing all Training Units (TU’s) purchases for HP Software Education Services including reporting on conversion from Orders to Revenue, expiration dates of TU’s and ensuring accuracy of TU reporting
    - Is responsible with coordination of MEC process (Month End Closing activities), BSRs, financial data accuracy and assures integrity of financial structure and data reconciliation
    - Creates MEC files for REV and Cost accrual/transfer files for COS
