    Education: Academic level

    Experience, Skills & Competencies:
    • Fluent in English (C1 or B2)
    • Experience in a multinational environment
    • Reliable: resilient, takes personal responsibility
    • Creative mindset and problem solving
    • Strong communication and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests. Must be able to influence widely without line authority

    Must have technical / professional qualifications:

    • Unified Modelling Language
    • eTOM Business Process Management framework certification & Operating Model Delivery experience.
    • Qualified or 5 years plus experience in: UML, ARIS, and ITIL.
    • HPQC

    Responsibilities

    Role purpose:

    The EP&S organisation is primarily focused in delivering high quality products to and reach featured propositions for business customers across three strategic programmes: Enterprise Mobility, Fixed/Mobile Convergence and Machine to Machine.
    The role is responsible for managing requirements across the project lifecycle, to ensure high quality solutions are delivered, in line with the business needs.
    Support and maintaining the requirements repository and provide reporting relating to quality or requirements, traceability and re-usability.
    Delivering high quality functional use cases to ensure the solution is met to meet the business requirements.

    Key - Responsibilities:

    • Cooperate and coordinate with relevant departments of the company to elicit comprehensive requirements.
    • Uploading and maintaining requirements into our requirements repository.
    • Develop use cases from business requirements.
    • Supporting the design team in understanding the requirements.
    • Producing traceability matrix reports at different stages of the project lifecycle.
