We’re looking for someone who:
• Speaks English at an advanced level (any other foreign language is a plus);
• Is able to influence and lead thinking up to management levels;
• Is a skilled presenter and negotiator;
• Is a committed team player and is great at managing diverse stakeholders;
• Has a strong sense of urgency;
• Has been exposed to business intelligence, analytics, big data etc.;
• Has experience in optimizing and automating manual reports;
• Has very good knowledge of BMC Remedy Suite or ITSM, as well as SAP Business Objects and/or SAS;
• Has very strong knowledge of PL-SQL and Excel-VBA.

What exactly will you do?
• Be responsible for the overall approach to reporting and analysis within the IT Service Desk;
• Develop new processes to increase the effectiveness of reporting, consolidate and maintain the reports;
• Collect requirements, develop and maintain new standardized reporting on a routine basis;
• Maintain a reporting schedule and documentation of reporting procedures, as well as build an audit process to ensure data integrity and efficiency;
