* Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience;
* Fluent speaker of French and English;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
* Good written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and precisely, being able to adapt the communication style to individual and being persuasive;
*Organized person;
*Client orientation – able to face internal customer, offer support, show empathy and consideration; very good listening skills;
*Detailed oriented person;
*Ethics and Integrity: deals appropriately with confidential data, Able to maintain absolute discretion regarding confidential and or sensitive information; high moral standards;

• Preparation and administration of HR legal documents for employees (employment contracts, addendums of employment contract, termination decisions) and insure the compliance with Romanian legislation and internal policies;
• Keeping the HR personnel files updated and insuring different audits, whenever is required;
• Issuing various employee certificates;
• SPOC for Finance/payroll responsible: prepares payroll data for new employees, leavers, changes of employment contacts, bonuses and transmits all data to finance department in due time;
• Ensuring data base (PeopleSoft HR or other HR application in place) is properly updated with employment data, new hires personal info, contract changes, job changes or other transfers/data;
• Involved in all HRIS processes, including at HR Shared Service Center (HR SSC) level;
• Acting as a SPOC for all ADC and SDC employees and maintaining a good employee relation with them by being responsive to their needs and requests, answering email notifications in a timely and professional manner;
• Interaction with different EMEA employees, especially in case of inter-company transfers or related to any other HR services provided via HR SSC;
• Involvement in the current HR processes related to general HR administration and suggest improvements, if the case;
