Your skills & personality:
• Advanced Arabic speaking and writing skills; "acceptable" is not acceptable
• Excellent English speaking skills
• Target oriented, motivated to make money
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal/communication skills
• Proactive and a great team player
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Strong problem solving ability and analytical skills.
• Punctuality, willingness to work in shifts (especially afternoon shifts)

Your role with us:

• Develop positive customer relationships by placing calls towards prepaid and postpaid customers
• Maintain communication with customers and deliver the highest level of service excellence
• Bringing back customers and advertising the company's service or any other future services Nobel launches
• Follow up calls in order to increase customer usage
• Assisting postpaid and prepaid customers with any technical issues they may have
