We need expertise in the following key areas:

• Siebel Configuration;
• Siebel designs/Structured Siebel development;
• Siebel Integration;
• Experience of implementing Sales, Marketing, Call Center, and Service functions.


Desired skills:

• Understanding of Siebel development best practice;
• Experience of developing Siebel UI, Business and Data Layers;
• Experience developing using eScript and Workflow;
• Experience of working within a structured Siebel development project;
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.

What will your role be?

• Prepare POC to demonstrate Siebel CRM capabilities;
• Responsible for analysis and design phases of larger systems;
• Responsible for installation, configuration of Siebel CRM functions;
• Responsible for product customization based on agreed requirements;
• Responsible for tests plan validation;
• Participate to the testing phase and tests plan validation;
• Train various platform users.
