Technical University: Electrotecnics /Electronics Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
Knowledge of SMT placement process, equipments and equipment programming/optimization (preferable: Panasonic and Fuji systems)
Understanding of electrical circuits schematics, control systems
Basic knowledge of SMT equipment troubleshooting/maintenance
Knowledge of screen print process
Knowledge of reflow process
Knowledge of AOI equipment hardware & programming
Basic knowledge of IPC guidelines
Highly flexible team player
Advanced or Mid Level English

Participating in introduction of new products, organizing trial runs
PCBA change management
Evaluation of new equipment
BOM analysis
Failure analysis
Issuing work instructions
Process improvements/optimizations
