RTOS Embedded Software Engineer

Relevant experience in:
 Embedded software design, development, optimization and testing
 Working with hardware platforms: DSPs, ARM, PowerPC.
 C embedded programming using various compilers
 ASM embedded programming and debugging
 RTOS
 Multithreaded programming
 Device driver development
 Debugging and troubleshooting of low-level embedded targets
 Versioning system (Git/ClearCase)
Previous experience with the following areas is a plus:
 Multicore architectures
 Linux drivers development
 Communication Protocols
 Involvement in external customer support
 Usage of bug tracking systems
Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Flexible and eager to learn
Proactive and with a helpful attitude

 Design, development, testing and debugging of new embedded SW modules
 Performance optimization of the embedded SW modules
 Debugging and troubleshooting of low-level embedded systems
 Code review, documentation and functional testing of the features implemented
 Support and maintenance of existing SW modules

The candidate will be part of the OSEck team and shall be involved in embedded software development for the following Enea products:
• Enea OSEck RTOS: a DSP-optimized RTOS built on a compact kernel with an extremely small memory footprint that brings high performance and true real-time behavior for single and multicore devices.
• Enea dSPEED Middleware: a pre-integrated software platform for data plane processing targeting communications infrastructure line cards found in applications like Base stations and Carrier Infrastructure.
• Enea System-on-Chip Platform: a complete, commercial solution, including all the components necessary for development, timely delivery and long term support of customers’ products on System-on-Chip devcies.
