Embedded Support Engineer

•Good technical knowledge about embedded systems development
•Experience in software development in relevant technical areas such as Linux, RTOS, IP/networking technologies, distributed and embedded real-time systems
•Previous experience from working with embedded operating systems and development tools, e.g. VxWorks, Nucleus, real-time Linux, OSE, GCC/GDB, Eclipse or similar
•Professional experience from low-level software and device driver development
•Experience from software development using C and/or assembler
•Hardware platform experience from e.g. ARM, PowerPC, MIPS or DSP-based systems •Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
•Proficiency in both written and spoken English

• Lead communication with Enea customers
• Receive, investigate and resolve customer requests
• Find, validate and deliver solutions to customer issues
• Work closely with colleagues from R&D and Sales department to help Enea customers be successful
• Assist customer onsite
• Offer suggestions for product and process improvement
• Propagate customer feedback internally
• Follow and promote the Enea values
