    Requirements

    Graduate or student in the final year in economy, foreign languages, technical field
    Minimum 12 months of previous work experience in F&A
    Computer skills, MS Office package required
    Analytical, detail oriented, proactive, customer oriented, team spirit
    Excellent English/French skills
    Communication skills
    Problem solving oriented
    Respect for deadlines

    Responsibilities

    Processing of invoices in the Accounts Payable department, payment batch processing end – to –end (except the Bank). AP email helpdesk (both client and vendor).
    Fulfilling the work tasks listed in the SOP and determined by the project function, on behalf of the client and for the benefit of client’s local offices.
    Process, code and revise invoices as per SOP guidelines
    Process aged transactions as per SOP guidelines
    Manages phone calls with and for the customer in regards with the activities performed and respond to that in sync with the above quality and customer satisfaction goals
    Follows up on open topics to insure maximum customer satisfaction and timely closure of issues
    Respond to queries and escalations in a professional and courteous manner and defer case to Team Leader is complexity and decision level exceeds the Specialist role
    Deliver improvement initiatives onto the process flow and in the support activities and take part as team member in projects that target improvements.
