Senior Business Analyst for Software Solutions

Requirements:

- At least 4 years experience in business analysis, complex software solutions modeling, implementation and consultancy;
- Good knowledge of the methodologies used in analysis;
- Knowledge of UML, Rational Rose and Microsoft Office Suite, (Microsoft Projects it's a plus);
- Knowledge of the complex test plans development for software projects;
- Software architecture experience is a plus;
- Professional approach, excellent communications skills;
- At least one graduated course in the field;
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL/PLSQL) is considered to be an advantage;
- Knowledge regarding the design of the system's users interfaces;
- Experience in working with complex projects, with the budget over 2 million euro;
- Experience within ISO 9001 certified companies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- The main responsibility of the Business Analyst is to gather, detail and document requirements in a format that is appropriate to the technical developers. They provide the process, questions, and techniques to efficiently extract the information needed from the Business Users for successful development and implementation of projects;
- Builds the business model of the system which will be developed, according to the UML methodology;
- Writes the analysis documentation in the format requested by the project;
- Participates in the design phase of the user interface;
- Creates or helps in creating test scenarios;
