• Precedente esperienza in volumi di reclutamento sarebbe un vantaggio
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana(C1) e inglese obbligatorio
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel, Word, PowerPoint e outlook;
• Team player
• Voglia di imparare e affinità per il reclutamento nel settore tecnologico
• Capacità di essere proattivi
• Postare, mantenere ed aggiornare i posti di lavoro aperti, su tutti i siti interni ed esterni
• Aggiornare il data base del reclutamento
• Selezionare le applicazioni ed invio alla persona incaricata
• Condurre interviste e selezioni telefonicamente per valutare le capacità e le caratteristiche dei candidati disponibili
• Preparare rapporti di reclutamento in base alle esigenze
