    Requirements

    First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
    · Typically +1year of experience as admin HR/customer support

    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    · Basic analytical skills.
    · Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
    · Excellent communication skills.
    · Excellent teamwork skills.
    Mastery in English and fluent in French

    Responsibilities

    Job Duties (for multiple HP sites):

    · Review of requisitions initiated by Engagement Manager for clarity and completeness

    · Broadcast open requests to Suppliers

    · Provide candidate review prior to submitting approved candidates to Engagement Managers

    o Screening of resumes, to ensure that skills/qualifications match requests

    o validate candidate rate against HP’s target rate

    · Review and approve draft orders in HP’s technology solution

    · Initiate rate exception process as needed

    · Validate that all on-boarding requirements have been completed

    · Work with Engagement Managers to ensure time/expense approvals are complete

    · Act as liaison between Engagement Managers and Suppliers for AC absences, extensions and terminations

    · Monitor and provide notification to HP Engagement Manager of upcoming assignment end dates at 60, 30 and 14 days and determine the Engagement Manager's intent to extend or end assignment

    · Provide 1st level of support and call routing for program and technology issues / questions

    · Provide day-to-day tool and process training to Engagement Managers as requested

    · Facilitate resolution of issues (with Supplier) between an Agency Contractor and Engagement Manager

    · Manage requests that are older than 14 calendar days per documented process

    · Ensure compliance to all HP policies and processes

    · Ensure audit trail compliance

    · Provide support for work schedule reductions and emergency terminations

    · Participate in weekly Regional program reviews

    Accountabilities:

    · Quality assurance – screening of candidates to ensure that skills/qualifications match request

    · Responsible for meeting the following Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics:

    o Release of requests within 4 hours of receipt (metric: 90%+ compliance)

    o Review candidate submittals and submit to Engagement Managers within 24 hours (metric: 90%+ compliance)

    o Submit at least 3 qualified candidate resumes to Engagement Manager within 2 business days of HP’s request (metric: 90%+ compliance)

    o On-boarding documentation compliance (metric: 100% compliance on trade topics/90%+ for non-trade topics)
