Site Supervisor

Manning Global was founded in 2000 and offers Turnkey Project support, Contractual and permanent staff in numerous industry branches. Currently Manning Global is partnering on Projects with many Blue Chip Companies within the Telecoms, IT, Defence, Finance, Media and Banking sectors.

Our Headquarter is based in Munich, Germany, with satellite offices based in New York, USA and Liverpool, UK. Our Office in Switzerland has opened in 2008 and the China office is built up in March of 2012.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years experience in RNC\NODEB, or similar installation practice in Telecommunication;
- Previous working experience in Germany would be a plus;
- Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills;
- Proficient in English; German language skills would be a plus;
- Ability to plan and produce progress reports, observes, and manage quality standards;
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
- Ability to coach and train other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees, directs, coordinates, and schedules the installation activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of related tasks to meet the quality standard and exceed Customer’s requirement and expectations;
- Plan, allocate, and track resources in order to meet efficient work schedule and maintain a comprehensive inventory of the available installation materials, tools, vehicles, etc;
- Give technical advice to installers and assist them in solving problems encountered in the field;
- Motivate and direct installers in order to carry out the scheduled projects;
- Maintain safety measures in accordance with local and Customer requirements to provide an acceptable working environment;
- Coordinate with the Customer implementation manager to ensure smooth installation, including cost, quality and progress control;
- Schedule corrective actions of Radio and transmission sites as recommended by the field inspectors;
- Respond to customer technical complaints during implementation and try to settle them;
- Write operational instructions for work practices in conjunction with Radio Installation;
- Organize and act to respective paperwork like checklists, redlining and closure of site files, and write progress reports;
- Must always strive to keep an up-to-date knowledge and know-how of the most recent development in Radio installation especially in conjunction with new cabinets, antenna systems, configurations, connections, etc;
- Responsible for other assignments requested by direct manager or engineer;
- Share the experience to all team members;
- Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
