    Requirements

    We are looking for:

    Excellent communication skills both in Italian and English.
    Experience in workforce field.
    Leadership skills.
    Excellent command of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
    Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities .

    Responsibilities

    What exactly will you do?

    Support the department objectives and KPIs
    - Monitoring all queues/skills;
    - Managing the inbound;

    Monitor staff adherence to the schedule;
    Deliver group of reports;
    Create and Identify, evaluate, and implement new options/ideas for improving the external and internal customer experience;
    Works with other teams internally or externally to resolve complex problems producing solution outside established procedures.
